it's a date
jason and i just got home from dinner & a movie. we haven't done that in a VERY l....o.....n.....g time!!! but it was fun. we went to piazza bella in roscoe village (yum) and then to see "knocked up." which was good, a little long, but good. we laughed alot. but i wonder if you haven't had a kid, would it be that funny? and then it was totally gross in one part, but the gross part is towards the end and you're not expecting it, so it's kinda funny too. whatever.
we are going to try to go out like this more often. we say that now, but let's just see...we also said we completely quit drinking 3 months ago, and well.......................
it's an expensive night out, babysitter was $50 on top of our dinner (bottle of wine) and movie. i remember the days when we would just spend that much and never even eat. we just drank and smoked our way through the city and took cabs everywhere. now we are eating dinner at 6:30 and going to a movie at 8. ha ha! it's 11:15pm, i should be in bed.
by the way, jason told me that he is going to write a book, about his life. i hope his story is so fucked up that people buy it. tons of people read that "million little pieces" and that shit wasn't even true.
