dude look like a lady....

so gabby, our neighbor who is 3 years old has a buggy type push car thing that every kid wants and every kids seems to have, except mine. but we already have a bike, a wagon, a stroller or two, and a ton of other crap in our basement--so we are not getting this push car thing--but since gabby has one, and she's gone during the day at school, we are borrowing it. AND, since she pushed nick down yesterday and busted his lip, chin and scraped up his face, well, i figure she owes us anyway. (i WAS watching him, and i only had one pina colada w/ gabby's mom) so today we took the buggy to the park. but here's the thing it's PINK. now i am sure nick could care less. he was in that thing so fast when i told him we could take it. i have never seen that kid move so fast! he probably thought i was just telling him he could get in it so i could get him to put on his coat. whatever, we took it to the park. but i have to say, we looked pretty dorky. we drove it by the pool and there were a bunch of men working on the grounds, they stopped us and wanted to talk. then one guy asked me, "so is he yours?" i thought he said, "is IT yours?" meaning the pink buggy that i have my SON in. i said, "OH NO, my neighbor's..." he said, "i know, no one out here belongs to the kids they are with, you guys are ALL nannies around here!" OH, wait...i thought you meant the PINK car we are driving around...yep, the kid with the blond hair, blue eyes and fair skin, yep he's mine. WHOOPS! like anyone cares (but me obviously) that you have your son in a pink car. whatever. we might take it out again later...and hey, the girls at the park really dug it. i may have just figured out a way to make nick a ladies man....
